10K restarted (day 11)
17 09 09 - 20:28After almost 7-8 days of stop and 3 days of hard rain, today I restarted my 10k training with the day 11.
- 20' slow run + 4 segments of fast run
- 15 reps 200m at 50" - 60" slow run. Bpm 182 max
